We meet over coffee or online — no pitch deck, no price list. 60 to 90 minutes to understand what you're working on, what you already have in place, and what outcomes would be worth reaching. You leave with an honest recommendation for the next step — which isn't always a project with us.

It depends on scope. A security or GDPR audit takes 3–6 weeks. Implementing security infrastructure or a production ML model usually takes 3–6 months. A photovoltaic installation on a medium-sized site takes 6–10 weeks including commissioning. We'll propose a concrete timeline after the initial consultation.

We don't publish fixed price lists — they'd either mislead or be unnecessarily high. An audit or discovery workshop is in the low four figures (EUR). Implementation projects typically sit in the five-figure range. Long-term DPO or SOC support runs on a monthly retainer scaled to the operation. We always offer a lighter alternative.

Yes. For smaller clients we put together lighter packages — a GDPR pack for an e-shop, a one-off security audit, or a proof-of-value AI project in 2–4 weeks. What matters to us is the project's substance, not the client's size.

Yes. Part of our team and our collaborators are active on Czech projects, so an in-person meeting in the Czech Republic is no issue. We also regularly work for clients in Austria. We operate in Slovak, Czech and English. International work is mostly remote with on-site visits as needed.

Confidentiality is a given, not an optional extra. We sign NDAs as standard before the first technical meeting. Client names appear in our case studies only with explicit consent — which is why most of our case studies are anonymised by industry.
