A transparent explanation of what personal data we process about you, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Without the legalese nobody reads.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

The scope depends on how you interact with us.

  • Contact form data — name, email, company (if provided) and the content of your message.
  • Email and phone communication — data you share with us during correspondence.
  • Website technical data — none. We don't use analytics or marketing tools. Your browser only stores your light/dark theme choice (locally, never sent to the server).
  • Client and partner data — billing and contact details listed in contracts and orders.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and preparing a non-binding proposal — legal basis: pre-contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Contract performance with clients — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Legal obligations (accounting, tax) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Recipients and processors

We don't share personal data with third parties except:

  • our hosting provider (for operation of this website and email),
  • external accountants and legal advisors, to the extent necessary,
  • public authorities when required by law.

We don't transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

5. Retention

  • Contact form data — at most 12 months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship has arisen.
  • Contract and accounting records — for the period set by applicable legislation (typically 10 years).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and obtain a copy,
  • rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • erase data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).

7. Automated decision-making

Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, marked with the date of the last update.
